Editorial Policy

Last updated: February 2026

Stockadora publishes structured summaries of SEC filings to make public disclosures easier to navigate. This policy explains how content is generated, updated, and corrected.

1. Scope

This policy covers all AI-generated summaries, news digests, and derived content published on Stockadora, including IPO summaries (S-1), annual report summaries (10-K), material event summaries (8-K), insider trade summaries (Form 4), and the daily news digest.

2. Primary Source Standard

All content on Stockadora derives from SEC EDGAR filings — legally required public disclosures submitted by companies to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Stockadora does not create or alter the underlying facts contained in filings. The SEC filing is the authoritative record; Stockadora's summaries are a structured representation of what is in that record.

3. AI Assistance Disclosure

All summaries on Stockadora are generated by Gemini 2.5 Flash, a large language model developed by Google. Individual summaries are generated automatically and are not manually authored prior to publication. The model is instructed to extract and structure information from filings — not to editorialize, opine, or introduce information not present in the source document. Automated generation is disclosed on each summary page.

4. Accuracy Standards

Stockadora aims to faithfully represent what is in each SEC filing. However, AI summarization may contain omissions, mischaracterizations, or errors — particularly in complex filings with non-standard formatting or technical financial language.

When accuracy matters, refer to the original SEC filing. A direct link to the source filing on SEC EDGAR is provided on every summary page.

5. Update & Freshness Policy

SEC EDGAR is crawled once per day. New filings typically appear on Stockadora within 24 hours of SEC publication. Amended filings (e.g., S-1/A, 10-K/A) follow the same crawl schedule and may take longer to reflect. Summaries reflect the filing content at the time of processing; subsequent amendments or company developments are not incorporated retroactively into existing summaries.

6. Corrections Policy

To report an inaccuracy, email support@stockadora.com with the URL of the affected page and a description of the error. Verified errors are corrected within a reasonable timeframe. Where a correction materially changes the summary, the page will be updated.

7. Conflict of Interest

Stockadora has no paid editorial placements. No company pays for coverage or receives preferential treatment in exchange for any consideration. Stockadora does not hold financial positions in any companies covered on the site. Coverage is determined solely by what is filed with the SEC and processed by the pipeline.

8. No Investment Advice

No content on Stockadora constitutes financial advice, an investment recommendation, or an offer to buy or sell any security. All content is for informational purposes only. Consult a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decision.

9. Independence

Stockadora is independently operated and is not affiliated with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, any covered company, or any financial institution. The SEC does not endorse or review this site's content.

Policy revisions are noted with updated timestamps above. This policy was first published in February 2026.
