How It Works
Stockadora runs a fully automated pipeline that transforms raw SEC filings into structured summaries.
EDGAR Crawled Daily
The pipeline downloads the SEC's daily master index each morning and fetches new filings across all covered form types.
Structured Summaries Generated
Gemini 2.5 Flash extracts key fields and generates plain-English summaries from filing text. Output is structured JSON stored on AWS S3.
Published as Static Pages
Summaries are compiled into fast, static pages at build time — no server runtime, no login, no paywall.
Transparency & Boundaries
AI-Generated Summaries
Content is generated automatically from SEC filings and may contain errors, omissions, or mischaracterizations. Always verify against the original filing when precision matters.
No Manual Editorial Review
Individual summaries are not manually authored prior to publication. There is no human review step between the automated pipeline and the published page.
Daily Batch Processing
Filings are processed once per day. Filings submitted after the daily crawl will not appear until the following day. This is not a real-time service.
